CNC milling refers to the use of computer numerical control technology for milling processing, which can produce parts with complex shapes and high precision requirements.
CNC milling technology is widely used in aerospace, automotive, precision engineering and manufacturing industries.
Turning is a machining process that uses a single-point cutting tool to obtain material from a rotating workpiece. It is mainly used to quickly and accurately manufacture thermoplastic parts, including external and internal features such as grooves, tapers and threads.
Due to its high precision, rapid production capabilities, wide material availability and cost-effectiveness, turning is particularly popular when manufacturing cylindrical and shaft-type parts.

Frequently Asked Questions
We serve a variety of industries, the largest of which include electrical, instrumentation, medical devices, instrumentation and metering equipment, and electronics.
Yes, if the tooling provided is in a mold that is compatible with our equipment.
Absolutely. Provide us with samples and any key dimensions or specifications of shape, fit and function and we can quote, design and produce your order.
Yes. We have partnerships with a number of qualified external suppliers to provide finishing services that meet our customers’ most demanding specifications.
Aluminum, copper alloys (bronze, brass), titanium, nickel alloys (Inconel, Monel)
Yes. Many of our customers leverage our excellent relationships with outside suppliers to provide finishing services such as anodizing, passivation, plating, polishing, grinding and heat treatment.
Visible tool marks appear on the surface finish of CNC machined parts due to the rotational motion produced by CNC milling machines. If your part requires a smooth, blemish-free finish, we recommend choosing a secondary surface treatment: granular surface treatment (due to its geometry, it can only be applied to the exterior of the machined housing) or powder coating.
